The company provides orientation training to employees to prevent the development of conscious or unconscious negative prejudices and stereotypes against certain individuals or groups, and does not allow discrimination against employees due to unconscious prejudices and stereotypes. Management also receives training to ensure that they have the necessary awareness within the scope of social compliance training. The company conducts its hiring process in accordance with these criteria.

It is our goal to provide a humane working environment for all our employees. In this context, any activity related to the exploitation of child labor is prohibited by our company. Our company is aware that the use of child labor harms the physical and mental development of children and deprives them of their right to education. Therefore, our goal is to ensure that none of our employees are below the legal minimum working age. (Our target number of children hired is “0.”)

Our policy covers all Turkish and foreign female and male employees who are visitors to the company, have fixed-term or indefinite-term employment contracts, work full-time, part-time, as contract interns, migrants, apprentices, piece-rate or daily wage workers, etc., in short, all employees who are physically present in the company.

While the age limit for child labor may vary depending on labor laws, international brands, and contracts, as OKYANUS ÇORAP SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, we define the age limit for child labor as having reached the age of 15 and being at least one day older than 16.
